Easy Process
Steve gave us a very prompt, accurate free estimate for improving our landscaping and drainage. He and Jose showed up on time to complete the project including digging trenches, installing drains and concrete and then putting our yard back together and adding some plants to help the work last. He made sure we were kept informed through an itemized, estimate, regular meetings and phone calls and a final walkthrough. The work was affordable and looks great! We will definitely be repeat customers.

On point and on time
Steve's guys showed up every morning right when they said they would and were actually working by 7 am. They put in full days work and moved quickly with the project. Conseco, his mason, did great work and was very friendly. Steve checked in with me several times during the project and made sure all his guys were on the same page. Easy to work with
I hired Steve Schott Landscaping to re-do my entire backyard - design, build, etc. He was easy to work with, communicates well, he's prompt, honest, and creative and the work is fantastic! Brick floor with colored tiles interspersed, designer shutters, new gates, a fire put and a wonderful pizza oven and grill area with table. Gets compliments every day and best of all, I feel, I got more than I paid for. Would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Patient and Solution-driven
Steve and his crew recently completed over $60k in hardscaping and landscaping for us. This was a long and frustrating process at times, trying to convert two-dimensional landscape drawings into a three-dimensional reality...long (for us) because we had to phase the process into manageable financial outlays, and frustrating (for Steve, probably!) because of the myriad changes we made to the plan at nearly every stage. Steve was always patient and helped us drive toward decisions and solutions that kept us moving toward the end goal.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, fairly priced straight shooter to design your outdoor dream, look no further than Steve Schott. Steve walked into a very challenging situation at our project, which essentially was an amalgamation of other people's work over the course of a year, and he was tasked with tying it all together to make it look "intentional". Where other landscape contractors shyed away, Steve done in headfirst, executed, and delivered a result that was beyond expectation. Highly recommend.

Professional and Reliable
Steve is an all-around great guy and his landscape installation work is awesome. When he does anything, whether it's building a wall or writing a proposal, he is extra concerned about it which shows greater than average level of care. What I most like about working with him is his sincerity of which it seems a lot of people lack now a days. A few other great qualities that Steve has is he's professional, reliable, easy going, respectful, and optimistic.

Impressively punctual , clean, respectful, and hardworking
We initially requested a quote from Steve to build a retaining wall for a pool we were designing. Quickly upon arrival, Steve advised he could build the wall, but noted the size of the rest of our yard and he asked if we'd mind if his designer put together some ideas which would make the build more cohesive and appealing. Steve's workers were impressively punctual, clean, respectful, and hardworking, and just very pleasant. We are so happy with everything. Steve and his crew were able to create in our yard, and he would highly recommend his services to anyone looking.
